In business, the most difficult part of success is finding a team that "get's it", or shares in the overall vision of the leader, president, or CEO. Once everyone gets the vision, the rest is "easy". Well, it is easy if the market is receptive, fulfillment centers ready, customer service in order, and product, price, promotion and placement are all structured appropriately. But, even if everything else is perfect, the wrong team will quickly bring perfection down to the level of worthlessness.

In ministry the same rules apply. The good news is that Jesus has already told us that the market is ready (Matthew 9:35-38; John 4:35), the fulfillment centers are ready (Luke 15), customer service is world-class (John 15:5-15; Romans 8:5-6, 9-11,14-17,26-27), and the product and the price are out of this world (Matthew 26:28; John 1:29, Ephesians 2:8-9; Hebrews 9:11-28). All he asks from us is to assist with the promotion and placement.
